Documents Required for Saudi Business Visa (French Applicants)
The documents generally required include:
- The passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the visa expiry date, in good condition, untorn, and clean, with at least two facing pages free of all inscriptions and stamps.
- A photocopy of your residence permit valid for at least 6 months if you have a foreign passport.
- A photocopy of the passport identity page containing your personal information.
Two color passport photos, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm in size, less than 5 months old. Any poor-quality, photocopied, scanned, or black-and-white photos will be refused by the Consulate.
Official invitation letter with the visit authorization number issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Signed and stamped letter from the French company stating the reason and duration of the stay, the position of the visa applicant, and the address of the local representative. The letterhead of this letter must match the name of the invited company on the invitation letter.
Extract from the French company’s trade register (K-bis) less than 3 months old.
