Documents Required for Saudi Family Visit Visa (UK Applicants)

We assist with collecting, preparing, and submitting the following documentation:

  • Validity not less than 6 months

  • At least 2 consecutive blank pages

  • The passport should not have any restrictions/conditions that prevents him/her from traveling).

  • 2inch x 2inch (51 mm x 51 mm)

  • Copy of a valid civil ID / Resident permit in the host country

Pre-approval of family visit issued by Saudi Ministry of foreign Affairs.

Proof of Relationship attested by the ministry of foreign affairs of the host country (example: marriage certificate, birth certificate and family book) -Birth Certificate of children should contain names of both parents.

For applicants with Travel Documents the document type should be travel certificate.

Visa Validity and Entry Types

  • Single-entry Visa

Valid for up to 30 days, extendable from within Saudi Arabia

  • Multiple-entry Visa

Valid for up to 90 days per visit, with a 1-year overall validity

Processing Time and Considerations

  • Standard processing takes 5 to 10 working days after submission

  • Delays may occur due to document inconsistencies or MOFA approval issues

  • Biometric enrolment is required at designated Tasheer centers in the UK

  • MOFA invitation letters must be valid at the time of submission

Without the sponsor, the MOFA invitation can’t be reissued. The sponsor must log in to the MOFA system. We’ll advise you on what to do if your sponsor is temporarily unavailable.
