  • Work Permit issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

  • Educational certificate. a) Should be attested from Ministry of Education of the issuing country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country. Apostille replaces Ministry of Foreign Affairs if applicable to issuing country. b) All education certificates should be registered on the mentioned website (https://qvp.pacc.sa/home).

  • Saudi-issued Work Permit

  • Employment contract signed by both parties and attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce

  • Original criminal record issued by belgian authorities with Apostille from the Court in Belgium. -Not older than 3 months6. One copy for all the original documents.
