ACRO Police Certificate Premium Service Now Restored
Overview of Service Reinstatement
ACRO has officially reinstated its premium service for Police Certificate Checks (PCC). This option had been temporarily suspended but is now available once again and fully operational.
Service Processing Time
The premium service significantly reduces the processing time for obtaining your PCC. With this service, your PCC will be processed within 2-3 days, not including the time for delivery. This is a substantial improvement over the standard processing time of 4-6 weeks.
Pricing Details
Standard Applications
Priced at £65, with a processing time of up to 20 working days.
Premium Applications
Priced at £115, with a processing time of up to two working days.
Please note that the working days mentioned exclude the date of submission and the date of posting.
Additional Copies and Payment Information
The fees provide you with one copy of your certificate. If you need additional copies, they can be purchased for £7.20 each either at the time of application or within six months of receiving your certificate.
Payment must be made during the application process. You will be directed to the payment page as you proceed through your application. Be sure to have a debit or credit card ready.

The premium service was previously unavailable due to cyber attacks but has now been fully restored.
