Issuance of UAE Mission Visa

This type of visa is typically issued to individuals traveling to the UAE for business-related activities, official government missions, attending conferences, participating in seminars, or conducting certain short-term assignments.

Getting a Mission Visa

To apply for a Mission Visa, the applicant must be outside the country, and upon its expiry, they must exit the country promptly. If an employee needs a second mission visa, they can apply for it after leaving the country and canceling their labor card.

The entire process of obtaining a Mission Visa, from applying for the visa quota to receiving the Labor Card and commencing work in the UAE, may take up to 4 weeks to complete.

Mission Visa Application Checklist

  • Valid Passport

    Coloured Copy of passport with validity of six months

  • Completed Visa Application Form

    Accurately Filled visa application form and ensure all required fields are completed.

  • Passport-Sized Photographs:

    Provide recent passport-sized photographs that meet the specified requirements for visa applications.

  • Invitation Letter or Sponsorship

    Obtain an invitation letter from the sponsoring company in UAE. This letter should clearly state the purpose of your visit and the duration of your stay.

  • Travel Itinerary

    A detailed itinerary of your trip, including flight reservations, accommodation arrangements, and the planned activities during your stay.

  • Mission Details

    Documents detailing the specific mission or purpose of your visit, such as business meetings, conference invitations, or official government engagements.

  • Financial Proof

    Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay, such as bank statements, pay stubs, or sponsorship letters.

  • Health Insurance

    Obtain comprehensive health insurance that covers your entire stay in the destination country.

  • Previous Visas

    If you have visited the destination country before, include copies of any previous visas and entry/exit stamps.

  • Additional Supporting Documents

    You may need to provide additional documents, such as business licenses, educational certificates, or proof of accommodation.
